Mailings – a one-stop shop
Speed, flexibility and reliability are

The process begins with the receipt of
time-sensitive stock market information,
e-mailed to Providence throughout the
day as PDF or Word files. These are prepared
for mail-merging with Excel spreadsheets
containing the contact details.
Where pictures and/or signatures are
being imported into the document, a proof
is faxed to the client for approval.
This is followed by a telephone call
to confirm its receipt and to obtain
authorisation to proceed.
Following the mail-merge, a high-speed
printer runs off the documents at a rate
of 90 copies a minute. These are then
roll- or z-folded, collated, inserted
into envelopes and bagged up for next
day delivery Royal Mail.
With up to eight mailings a day, ranging
from 2-4 page letters to 8-page reports,
speed and efficiency are of paramount
importance. Together with state-of-the-art
technology, including the latest digital
printers and automated insertion equipment,
Providence holds a full range of the
client’s letterheads and envelopes
on site. This enables it to select the
specified stationery for each individual
mailing and proceed without delay.
